Unique Technology:
To the last drop!
As ever more complex reservoirs are targeted for exploitation and ever more complex wells are drilled and completed to drain them, the need for monitoring increases while traditional technology becomes increasingly difficult or impossible to use.
Increased Oil Recovery (IOR) and the recovery factor, i.e. the ratio between the produced oil and the oil originally in place, are becoming very hot topics as the oil industry struggles to replace produced volumes. The only way to increase the recovery factor is to understand how the reservoir is drained and to plan wells and interventions to optimize this, which immediately creates a need to monitor how oil and water flow through the reservoir and into the wells.
For RESMAN, this is the most important market driver that will allow the company’s technology to become standard in most wells rather sooner than later.
